Improvements:

• List Sharing via Link: You can now set a list’s sharing option to “Anyone with this link can edit”—just share the link to give others access! List owners will receive an email and push notification when someone joins their list via the shared link.
• Talk AI: We've moved Talk to GPT4o, making the output much faster.
  Talk will now prioritize creating multiple tasks rather than one task with subtasks. For example, transcripts like “I need to book a gym and schedule an orientation” used to produce one task (Book a gym) with “Schedule an orientation” as a subtask. It will now more consistently produce two tasks at the same level.
  

Bug fixes:

• Resolved a connection issue that occurred when switching accounts on Mac.
• Talk AI: Fixed a bug where content appeared in the wrong order when a List was selected as the target.
• Addressed an issue with creating a list via the Quick Create button in the sidebar on Mac.
• Fixed an issue when moving a sublist between shared lists in the sidebar, especially if the parent lists had different owners.

Improvements:

• Delete Sublists Easily: The Delete List option is now available on Sublists in the sidebar. Via Right-Click (on Web and MacOS, or via long press (on iOS and Android) you can easily delete sublists.‍
• Print Tasks: The Print option is now accessible from the 3-dot menu in Task Details.‍
• Better URL Support: In paragraphs you can now click on file://, onenote://, and other non-standard URLs without https or www.‍
• Task Deletion Warning:  You’ll now see a confirmation dialog when deleting tasks with content using keyboard shortcuts or when pasting over them.

Bug fixes:

• Fixed layout issues with the bottom navigation bar on iPhone SE.
• In the Inbox on Mobile the keyboard now stays open when adding tasks via Return.
• On iOS we improved the Download option for attachments—now lets you choose where to save files on your iPhone or iPad.

Features and improvements

• Easier List Sharing with Your Team: When switching the ownership of a list from Personal to Team, a toggle now appears to automatically share the list with your team for seamless collaboration.‍
• Preventing Accidental Content Deletion: A warning dialog will now appear when attempting to delete tasks that contain details or subtasks, helping prevent unintended data loss.‍
• Printing Lists: Every list now includes an option to Print, making it easier to share and archive lists. Stay tuned, as this feature will expand to other views in future updates!‍
• Quick Access to Web Addresses: Tasks with titles containing a web address now display an icon. Clicking it takes you directly to the corresponding website for faster navigation.

Bug fixes:

• Mac App Traffic Light Buttons: Fixed an issue where these buttons were unresponsive when the Mac App was in full screen mode.
• Talk AI Language Menu: The language selection menu now displays languages in the correct order.
• Tablet Orientation: Resolved several issues related to orientation changes on iPad and Android tablets.
• File Uploads: Addressed bugs affecting uploads of files larger than 25MB.
